Brooke Elizabeth Burns is an American actress, game show host and model who was born on March 16, 1978. Burns first appeared on television in 1995 when she played Peg the American-Spanish teenager on the show Out of the Blue. Burns joined Baywatch the action-drama show in 1998. In the following year she appeared on the show as Baywatch: Hawaii. Burns was then forced to leave Baywatch due to her first child. Brooke Elizabeth Burns has been a fitness model for television as well as an actor for more than ten years. Her most notable role is in the role of Jessie Owens of Baywatch. She's best known for playing Shallow Hal in the 2001 commercially successful film. On the show Spanish-American called Out of the Blue, she appeared as Peg between 1995 and 1996.
