In the second half of the year 2010, Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha Young was born 1984 to a sporting family. Although her dad was an athlete, Aleesha's siblings were involved in sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha has played sports in the past like basketball, soccer, and softball. Aleesha won her pro card after winning her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first competition was in 2008. In 2014 she took part in IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. Then she fought to secure her 9th-place finish for 2015. Both in 2015 and 2016 Aleesha came in at sixth in her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha improved and eventually achieve her first professional win after she took home the Chicago Pro Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance in the WOS Rising Phoenix was in the year 2000, where she finished the 4th place. The "World's strongest mother" did take a hiatus from bodybuilding for issues with her health.
